Purpose:
- TMC is responsible for Strategic Management of the department, including Organisational Development, Strategic Planning (identification of Strategic Challenges/Issues),
- It also assesses the organizational Performance Measurement & Management (with a view to Operational Efficiency and effective Service Delivery);
- It is responsible for the approval, monitoring & assessment/evaluation of all policies; and problem solving, including Coordination & Integration, as it relates to Department-wide or High-Level Operational issues, as well as cross-cutting Programmes.
Resolutions
All decisions taken are communicated to all MANCO and staff members in the department.
