MANCO Committee

Composition

This committee comprises of all Senior Management members of the department. The Director General is the chairperson of this committee.

Functions of MANCO

The DG communicates strategies for the department to all managers and seeks their inputs to develop, or review policies that have an impact on the organizational performance:

• This committee meets on quarterly basis to review performance of all units/offices in the department.
• It facilitates communication of strategic issues such as policies and high-level operational matters to senior managers.
• The committee also gives feedback of TMC decisions.
• It also serves as a forum for joint problem solving and information and knowledge sharing.

Resolutions

MANCO members are obliged to communicate decisions taken in the forum to all staff members in their respective units/offices.
